1.) Is your fasting blood sugar greater than 100? Yes No
2.) Is your fasting insulin 10 or greater? Yes No
3.) Are your HDLs 40 or below? Yes No
4.) Is your waist greater than 34 (women) or 40 (men)? Yes No
5.) Is your hip:waist ratio greater than than l:.8 (women) or 1:1 (men)? Yes No
6.) Do you have low DHEA levels (vary due to lab testing type)? Yes No
7.) Is your bodyfat percentage 32% or greater (women) or 22% or greater(men)? Yes No
8.) Is your basal metabolic rate 20% or greater below normal? Yes No
9.) Are your triglycerides greater than 200? Yes No

1 - 2

If you answered yes to even ONE of the above questions, you have identified factors that can contribute to difficulty losing weight and especially losing fat and maintaining/increasing LBM.
