- Have you tried three or more diets?
- Do you struggle to lose even the smallest amount of weight, only to gain it right back, and more?
- Are you experiencing unexplained weight gain?
- Do you feel like your ability to lose weight and keep it off is hopeless?
- Do you miss carbs?
You can become resistant to weight loss
due to a variety of physiological and
psychological factors. In order to lose the
weight and keep it off, you must identify which
of these factors are contributing to your
problem and then modify them. Our program
was created to do just that.
We'll conduct an in depth study of these
contributing factors and your health history.
We then develop a nutrition and lifestyle
strategy that will work best for you. We'll
perform a comprehensive metabolic test and
fitness assessment to determine your starting
point. Testing will reveal possible damage to
your metabolism. We then place you on an
easily manageable exercise program to help
heal and enhance your metabolism, so that
you can burn fat more effectively. You'll
receive a program binder with materials that
will enable you to work through our
program at home. You can then
elect to continue with our monthly
program of total metabolism
testing, nutritional counseling and
exercise instruction for as long as
you need to reach your goals and
shift into maintenance.

Nutrition and supplementation can
dramatically enhance your healing process,
which can result in significantly less pain and
downtime. Our program is divided into three
phases. Phase One starts seven to ten days
prior to your scheduled surgery. During this
stage we focus on boosting your immune
system and removing any factors that could
interfere with anesthesia or increase bleeding.
Phase Two begins immediately following
surgery. We provide you with nutrients to help
reduce pain and inflammation. The Third
Phase includes additional healing nutrients to
support your recovery.
A meeting with your nutritionist will be
scheduled at least one week prior to surgery
to review your protocol. Your nutritionist will
check in with you again five to seven days
after your surgery to advise you when to shift
from the second to the third phase.
Fibromyalgia is a complicated condition
characterized by pain and inflammation,
adrenal exhaustion and low serotonin and
energy levels. We have created a
comprehensive, medically supervised
treatment and lifestyle program that focuses
on diet, exercise, psychological evaluation,
and nutritional supplements based on your
specific needs. Find out when the next Fibromyalgia Management Program is scheduled!
